When I saw the December Zara lookbook I knew I had to try this tartan suit. I'm not one to ever, ever wear a suit or something that matches as much as this does, but I kinda dig it. What do you guys think of suiting up - and more specifically, a full hot pink suit (I think that's what I'll try next).

TGIF, even though it doesn't feel like Friday - because Friday is supposed a good day, and today is not  good. Maybe I take that back because I just had a great meeting at DBA and they just moved into a really cool office. So about my outfit, there's a story behind it. A few months ago when I was touring with Macy's, I met this really awesome guy in LA named Chance who handed me a really awesome studded Pink Floyd muscle tank to blog about. We kept in touch and I am thrilled to be sharing one his latest vintage custom designed shirts.

Can't get enough of these of cat-eyed sunnies I picked up from Shop Jeen showroom the other day. So what if I kind of look like I'm from space or get weird looks in the street? I like em. Had a big day of filming and interviews today, yes I said filming. There's a little something in the works right now for a show I might be doing that I really can't tell you anything about yet - so sorry. Anyways, how sick is this blazer? I bought it at a street vendor on West Houston and fell in love with the gold buttons plastered all over it. And these new sunglasses - from Bollare showroom - I'm obsessed!

Dressing casual is one of the most underrated ways to leave your house. Jeans, and oversized button down, and converse paired with a vintage Chanel - is the definition of casual-luxury and I love it. 

This weekend I'm off to LA for part two of the BarIII Flea Market Tour with Aimee of SongofStyle. So if anyone is in LA and wants to come say hi, we'll be at the Pasadena flea all day Sunday! Just look for the BarIII pop-up shop.

Howling Out | Make Stuff Party

Wearing: Zara Dress | Cambridge Satchel Bag | Converse | Brooklyn Charm Bullet NecklaceLast night I got crafty with a group of girls for a DIY "Make Stuff" party I hosted along with the fabulous Rebecca Zhou. We studded, wrapped, and tied knots in bolts to make two of our favorite DIY projects. It was so much doing these activities in a group setting, especially because we served wine and yummy snacks.
