Today is the start of a bitter cold week, which even though means my boyfriend can't complain about me wearing faux fur, simply sucks. I took these pics last week when the weather seemed like the start of Spring - and now with a total 360, it's below 20 degrees - you're so weird mother nature. Anyways, I had a very intimate conversation with a few friends the other day over what we're going to do in the summer (in regards to head dressing). I've been wearing beanies almost everyday this season and have gotten way too used to them. So slowly but surely I'll start to let my locks naturally flow (to get over my beanie addiction) before the warm weather hits again.

Yesterday was a great day. I had a ton of showroom visits and an awesome event to top it all off. Lots of thanks to ODA PR for my new boho chic dress by Ramy Brook. NMRKT has been throwing these Fashion Series parties all summer at the Mondrian Hotel in Soho and now they've taken us up top to the brand new rooftop called Soaked. My besties Kelsey (FashionAce) and Freddy (BluePerk) joined me for cocktails and the best views in all of downtown NYC.

So I found this kind-of secret garden the other day while walking around the West Village and fell in love. It's nestled on the corner of Greenwich and 10th, and is run/cared for by these lovely ladies who volunteer their time. My outfit in this post is one of my favorites recently because of it's casual coolness, and comfort. I'm seriously obsessed with this Vanessa Mooney necklace and the designer in general. PS- check out Destinee's gummy bear tattoos, don't you just want to eat her up?
