According to the NY Times - Zara has our stamp of approval as the world's largest fashion retailer. Like most girls my age, I've been shopping Zara since it's very beginnings, and have watched it grow and develop into an amazing fast-fashion brand with highly anticipated collections each month. I think it would be safe to say about 20% of my wardrobe is from Zara too. I can't wait to add some of my favorite pieces from their latest Lookbook to my crammed and exploding closet (especially this plaid suit).

Before the Snow
So I ran up to my friends roof the other day in the freezing cold just to catch some amazing light for a quick outfit post. Ya, bloggers are sometimes a little crazy. How exciting is it that NYC had our first snowfall of the season yesterday!? I really love the snow, but have formed a love-hate relationship with snow in the city. When it sticks, it's beautiful. But usually, snow in NYC just means slushy dirty mess. Whatever. Don't forget to stop by the Reformation store in Soho tonight from 6-9 to show The2Bandits jewelry with me!

Style & the Gang: Nine West
Wearing: Zara Skirt | Necessary Clothing Top | Nine West Malachi Booties (c/o) | Rebecca Minkoff Necklace (c/o)
Last week a few of my blogger friends and I were asked to re-create Nine West's Fall Campaign, Nine & The Gang. The theme of our gang was "rocker" which was so on point with my personal style and got me really excited for this shoot. Serena, Kelsey, Christine and I took to the streets of the Meatpacking District to re-create this epic campaign. I'm loving my Nine West Malachi booties because of they're edgy look and trust me - they're so comfortable. Your turn to share your gang photos on Instagram or Twitter by tagging @NineWest with the hashtag #NineAndTheGang. Cool thing is, you can win free shoes for all your friends - official rules here. OH - and watch the video above!!

Rebecca Minkoff: 3 Ways
Look 3: Rebecca Minkoff Jacket & Bag | LF Skirt - Similar | American Apparel Crop Top | Zara Booties
When asked to style 1 bag, and 1 jacket, 3 different ways - I was of course up for the challenge. I'm obsessed with this leather sleeve jacket and even though its red, has turned out to be very versatile. The bag is adorable too, and perfect for when I'm going out at night. From the time I started blogging until now, I've watched Rebecca Minkoff grow her brand and expand in ways unimaginable for such a short period of time. The team over at RM has grabbed social media by the horns, and have jumped on the blogger ship more than other brand I know/work with. They truly know what it takes... not to mention the designs and products have become better and better with every season. The RM runway show was one of my favorites this past fashion week - and even the newly launched jewelry is right up my alley. ALERT: Rebecca Minkoff is a brand to watch.

Studdly Me
Sadly, I forgot about these blazer that was buried in my closet (because I only wore it in Stockholm this year) and now it's sold out. Sorry guys - wish I blogged about it earlier so you all could own it! Either way, Zara has been killing it lately with their latest collections and just keep getting bigger and better. They even just came out with Zara HOME! For reals, if you haven't been to your nearest Zara lately, it's time for a shopping excursion.

Fancy Sweats
Wearing: LF Sweatshirt (in stores now) | Zara Skirt | Sam Edelman Boots (co) | ASOS Beanie | ShopJeen Sunnies | Ouroboros Ring
I might have a slight obsession with beanies and sweatshirts this Fall.. A- because I don't have to worry about my hair with a beanie/can keep warm and B- because sweatshirts are just too comfy. But hey, we can dress these two things up, can't we? Like so, the embellished arms on this sweatshirt totally changes the look and adding a leather peplum skirt with knee high boots makes the outfit a bit fancy (or in my case, acceptable NYC street wear). Don't be afraid to whip out those ordinary sweatshirts you've had for years - just give them a second look and you can turn them into something new by studding, bleaching, cutting, or embellishing the sleeves/collar.

French Bulldog
Wearing: Zara Pants | Vintage Sweater - Similar | ASOS Beanie | Vintage Boots - Similar | Casio Watch If you missed my Instagram last week then you don't know about how close I came to buying the most adorable French Bulldog I've ever seen. Last week I went back and forth to CitiPups on Christopher St, debating whether or not to go home with the smallest most beautiful female puppy that I immediately fell in love with. I even named her Penelope. After a lot of thought and discussion with friends/family, I realized it wouldn't be responsible of me to take on a puppy at this time. In a few years though, I will definitely have a baby Frenchy to call my own. Here she is...

Playing Photographer
Boy was I happy to be in flat shoes today - these arched babies really needed a rest. It's a funny thing, how my trip to Stockholm not only brought me back to my street style photography roots, but made me really enjoy wearing heels (which is not something I usually did). All throughout fashion week I rocked pointy toe stilettos and high heeled booties, with a smile on my face. Today however, I photographed a few looks for one of my best friends and the most amazing singer I know - Michelle Raitzin. Keep an eye out on this one guys, she's going places.

The anyone's, who's anyone strut their best Tommy Ton ready ensembles just waiting to be spotted by the street style photographers on every corner of Milk Studios. Trust me, this is place to be in NYC for people watching {not Times Square, you tourist}. Here are some of my favs from the man of the hour, and my photography idol... Tommy Ton.

New York Fashion Week {day 3}

It's about time this weather let up just a bit and gave us an excuse to throw on a pair of jeans and a beanie, of course. I've had a non-stop fashion week full of meet-ups and dinners, events and drinks. So many friends came to town from all over the world: Sweden, London, Cali, even Australia... It's been amazing hanging with every single one of them.
So, when I got back from Stockholm I vaguely remember telling you guys that I reached into my blog's roots and started photographing street style again! Yes, it's happening. I have officially started a new street style blog that will become part of We Wore What as well. Official launch will be in a week or so!
all photos by me
Later this night, I attended a STYLE 360 fashion show for Just Dance 4, with clothing by Tumbler and Tipsy. Sitting front row across from Kylie and Kris Jenner was pretty awesome and we got to see Kendell walk in the show too! Check out some of the pics I took below:
