Carnaby St | London

Wearing: Topshop Jeans | H&M Blouse (in stores now) | Helmut Lang Jacket | Topshop Shoes | Prada Sunnies

I officially want to move to London (for a year). Everything about this city is absolutely amazing, from its darling stone streets and the most beautiful buildings to its food and shopping of course. After my photo shoot with Boohoo yesterday (which was so awesome and I can't wait to share), I walked around Carnaby street with Max and shopped til I literally couldn't feel my feet. Keep updated on my travels through my instagram @weworewhat!

Sin City

Wearing: Gypsy Warrior Skirt - Similar | All Saints Tee | PinkyYotto Jacket - Similar (love this jacket) | Topshop Booties | Prada Sunnies | Movado Watch

Hey from Sin City! Now obviously for me, what happens in Vegas isn't going to stay there because I love sharing everything with you guys! The weather is beyond perfect and I'm just so happy to be away  (even if it is for work). Last night was also so much fun... I had such a nice dinner with my boyfriend at STK and then we hit up Lavo for some late night fun. Reason I'm here: ENK is throwing one of the trade shows here this week and flew me down for some live blogging! So keep an eye out on my Instagram and such tomorrow for a fun day at #ENKVegas.

Outfit | CPW

Ah slouchy leather pants, how I love thee. Before this look even became a trend, I'm proud to say I was ordering my leather pants in about 3 sizes too big (just to get this look). Now thanks to the likes of Vince, Phillip Lim, Mango, and H&M - you can get this look at any price. I paid Singer22 a visit while visiting my family at home over the weekend, and fell head over heels for these Vince slouchy leather pants, as well as this Iro jacket (and another others you'll see later this week). I know the pants seem to hurt your wallet a bit, but TRUST ME, they're worth it. CPW: Cost Per Wear people.

Céline Me Alone

Wearing: Céline Tee | Zara Blazer - Similar | Reformation Pants - Similar | Topshop Shoes | Vanessa Mooney Rings

Today is the start of a bitter cold week, which even though means my boyfriend can't complain about me wearing faux fur, simply sucks. I took these pics last week when the weather seemed like the start of Spring - and now with a total 360, it's below 20 degrees - you're so weird mother nature. Anyways, I had a very intimate conversation with a few friends the other day over what we're going to do in the summer (in regards to head dressing). I've been wearing beanies almost everyday this season and have gotten way too used to them. So slowly but surely I'll start to let my locks naturally flow (to get over my beanie addiction) before the warm weather hits again.

Never Enough

Wearing: Topshop Overalls | Rachel Roy Loafers | 3.1 Phillip Lim Bag

I've been asking myself lately if my obsession with overalls is just a phase. Then, I looked at some old baby pictures and realized I've been wearing these bad boys my whole life. So of course when I came across this velvet pair at Topshop I couldn't resist - you can never have enough in my opinion! I especially love this pair because I can definitely dress it up to wear out at night (as well as the obvious casual wear above).

FYI - I recently came down with a bad cold and most likely won't have too many blog posts for you guys over the next few days.. boo you winter.

ACNE Free

Wearing: Topshop Sweater | BLK DNM Jeans | ACNE Free Boots | Urban Outfitters Beanie | Shop Lumo Rings

What did you think - I was doing a post on how I literally became acne free from a revolutionary new product? Fortunately for me, I've never had an issue with that other kind of acne. In my world - ACNE - is that put on a pedestal and on every wish list brand most girls save up for (including me). The result, my new perfect everyday booties I've been lusting over ever since I went to Stockholm in August.

NY Bound

Wearing: The Vintage Twin Tunic | Topshop Beanie

I'm about to leave my hotel room in Punta Cana for the airport, and a full day of traveling home to NYC. I've had the most incredible and relaxing vacation - but I'm definitely ready to come home to my favorite city in the world. Granted the snow and freezing cold weather will suck, my winter clothes miss me and I them... See you soon big apple!

In The Market For..

Wearing: Mango Leather Pants | Topshop Sweatshirt | Zimmerman Cap | Zara Heels | Vintage Jacket

As part of my campaign with NMRKT - I was officially in the market for a pair of slouchy leather pants for the longest time now. Finally, it happened. The last time I shopped in Mango was more than 6 months ago, which is not something I'm proud of, because I forgot how awesome they can be! I spotted these pants on one of my favorite swedish bloggers and called the store in Soho right away to put them on hold for me. Low and behold, they were the perfect slouchy leather pants. Cha-ching*

The Pumpkin Benni

Wearing: Cheap Monday Blouse | Vintage Overalls | Modern Vice Benni Boot | Topshop Necklace

They're one of those stop you in your tracks type of boots and I obviously love that. The Natalie & Dylana Suarez x Modern Vice pumpkin Benni boots are the perfect shade of orange, not to mention the  simple perfection of its shape. I've always loved a great blue and orange combo (cc: my high school colors) so of course denim overalls was a great match. Boyfriend jeans work too, and even black tights if you do it right.

8. Oliver Goldsmith Sunnies
9. Stella McCartney Boots
10. Jennifer Fisher Bracelet

Dear Santa,

I've been pretty good this year, but we all have our naughty moments. If you could just focus on the times I was well-behaved that would be great. Here is what I'd like for the holidays this year: slouchy leather trousers - perfect for when I'm not feeling anything "tight" but still want to look my best. A Boy London sweatshirt for some graphic inspiration. And because what better body part to add a little bling to - an embellished ear cuff. You must realize that I am clearly obsessed with overalls, so I'd like a pair in velvet please. Another "make a statement piece" - Comme Des F*down beanie (because a tank top wasn't enough). Also, these leather panel jeans are really affordable and what's better than a leather/denim combo? The perfect patent leather boots - thumbs up to you, Surface to Air. I know I have a lot of sunnies, but since this is a 10 product wishlist of course I'm throwing in a pair. The definition of sports luxe and booties I'm currently craving (9). Last but not least, I'd like a delicate hand bracelet from Jennifer Fisher.

xo,
Danielle

Lesson in Layering

Wearing: Vintage Jumpsuit (from Screaming Mimi's) - Similar | Topshop Vest | MinkPink Sweater - Similar | Yigal Azrouel Coat | Schutz Shoes | Heather Belle Co. Infinity Necklace

In this lesson of layering, we focus on simplicity and minimalistic changes. Step 1: a sophisticated vintage black jumpsuit, also very versatile (modern version here). Adding on a chunky knit for added warmth, step 2 calls for casual comfort. In step 3 we are taking this look out and about, needing to spice things up a bit with this structured white leather vest (that can be found in stores and Topshop of H&M trend if you're lucky). Last but not least, it's freaking cold outside so bundle up in your winter coat and throw on a beanie to complete the look. Lesson in layering, complete.
