Last Minute

Wearing: Mango Leather Pants | Front Row Shop Tee | Helmut Lang Jacket | ACNE Booties

Now I know I'm not the only one running around doing some last minute New Years Eve shopping today, right? I'm so excited to be ringing in the new year with my closest friends but most importantly to be making some important resolutions. The first - which most of you may say "ditto" to is to live a more healthy lifestyle (with eating and exercise). The next, is to have more significant family time. My grandma is currently struggling for her life in the hospital and it has really made me appreciate my family even more than I already do. I hope you guys can help me pray for her <3 Lastly, I would like to keep growing my blog by becoming a positive influence in other girls lives. Whether it's through my style inspiration or life experiences I always hope to become somewhat of a role model for other young women.

Have an amazing and safe night guys!!

A Year In Outfits

Ah, 2013 it's almost time! I couldn't be happier to be starting a new year after a very satisfying 2012. So much happened this past year and I'm so grateful for all the success of my blog, and the support of my followers. Here's a few random outfits from this year that I happened to love a lot myself. From Refinery29's Next Big Style Blogger, to a summer tour with Macy's, to a trip to fashion week in Sweden, and more.

Happy almost New Year guys!!

NY Bound

Wearing: The Vintage Twin Tunic | Topshop Beanie

I'm about to leave my hotel room in Punta Cana for the airport, and a full day of traveling home to NYC. I've had the most incredible and relaxing vacation - but I'm definitely ready to come home to my favorite city in the world. Granted the snow and freezing cold weather will suck, my winter clothes miss me and I them... See you soon big apple!

Wearing: Zara Pants | Aritzia Top | Helmut Lang Jacket | 3.1 Phillip Lim Bag | Gypsum Spike Bracelet | All Saints Beanie

I'm laying in bed right now - slightly burnt and slightly damaged from last night's party/gambling in the Dominican Republic. Now don't get me wrong, I'm not complaining - this has been incredible vacation and it will be hard to leave this perfect weather. By the way, I hear it's snowing in NY (hah). Max (my also burnt boyfriend) says hi too and wants you to know he's killing it at the casino. Here's another outfit post from before I left - I checked out Aritzia recently and I'm very impressed with.

The Yellow Beanie

Wearing: Gypsy Warrior Top | Gypsum Beanie & Skirt | Vintage Boots

Who needs a yellow submarine when you have a yellow beanie? Speaking of beanies, I'm currently in day 3 of my vacation in the Dominican Republic - where it's been 80 degrees and above everyday. So obviously it would be insane to wear a beanie here, right? I've been tapping into my inner girly self and been sporting my luscious locks in their natural way. I've also been wearing a ton of color and cutesy dresses - so unlike me! Funny story, last night at the casino I was stopped mid drink by an adorable Brazilian girl - who is actually one of my followers! So cool and random being noticed in another country (humbling moment for me).

On Jane Street

Wearing: Zara Sweater & Pants | H&M Heels (in stores now)

Hey from the Dominican Republic - Punta Cana!! It's only day 2 and I'm having the most amazing vacation. The beaches are beautiful, the sun is slowly burning my skin (ouch), and I'm winning big at the casino (so far - don't jinx it).

So of course these pics we're taken in NYC, I knew I couldn't just leave the country without setting up a few outfit posts. I'm very obsessed with these new pointy toe wedges from H&M (they remind me of CĂ©line) and look good with so many different bottoms. Go now to an H&M near you because I'm sure they'll sell out quickly!

Wearing: Dbrand Blazer & Jeans | Alexander Wang Heels | All Saints Beanie

ATTN shoppers, your search for the perfect boyfriend jeans is officially over (if you let it be). I've recently collaboration with swedish brand DBrand (ugh my initials too - match made in heaven) and discovered the ultimate oversized denim pants. And, just for you guys there's a 30% off discount code you can use at checkout: weworewhat. Do it, do it.

In other news - by the time you're reading this I'll most likely be stepping onto the beach in beautiful Punta Cana, DR. AH I'm so excited to get away for a full week! I'll be posting regular outfits that I previously shot, but to keep updated on my trip follow my instagram @weworewhat.

Wearing: Zara Pants and Blazer | Dana Faith Hand Chain | Gypsy Warrior Sunnies | American Apparel Beanie | Converse

When I saw the December Zara lookbook I knew I had to try this tartan suit. I'm not one to ever, ever wear a suit or something that matches as much as this does, but I kinda dig it. What do you guys think of suiting up - and more specifically, a full hot pink suit (I think that's what I'll try next).

In The Market For..

Wearing: Mango Leather Pants | Topshop Sweatshirt | Zimmerman Cap | Zara Heels | Vintage Jacket

As part of my campaign with NMRKT - I was officially in the market for a pair of slouchy leather pants for the longest time now. Finally, it happened. The last time I shopped in Mango was more than 6 months ago, which is not something I'm proud of, because I forgot how awesome they can be! I spotted these pants on one of my favorite swedish bloggers and called the store in Soho right away to put them on hold for me. Low and behold, they were the perfect slouchy leather pants. Cha-ching*
